Full Circle Holidays Ltd Terms and Conditions of Business
Full Circle Holidays Ltd agrees to supply the services agreed with you in accordance with the Terms & Conditions set out below. You should read these carefully. They constitute a legally binding contract at the point that you have agreed to engage Full Circle Holidays Ltd to provide services for you.

Arrival:
All accommodation is available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be left in a clean condition not later than 10am on Monday or Friday (depending on booking dates).
Departure:
On departure all accommodation are to be left clean and tidy with the keys. All rubbish is to be disposed of responsibly in the bins beside the tearoom. Please strip your beds of linen and leave in a pillow case on the bed.
Booking:
When you make a booking and payment a letter confirming the dates and times of your holiday is sent to you. Booking and payment is considered the establishment of a legal contract.
Cancellations:
- After a 14 day cooling off period your Booking Deposit is non-refundable.
- Your Booking Deposit is non-refundable if your booking is made within 14 days of your arrival date.
- Any booking can be rescheduled up to 30 days of your arrival date.
- No refunds given, to cancellations with 14 days of your arrival date.
- If, the case of inclement weather arrises, we do not accept any responsibility for you not getting to Full Circle Holidays Ltd, no refunds will be given . Please take on your own travel insurance to protect your purchase.
- Extreme Conditions: Full Circle Holidays Ltd reserve the right to cancel a holiday in light of extreme conditions of: weather, terrorism or war. In any of these very unlikely circumstances your full Payment will be returned to you. Emergency Contingency: Full Circle Holidays Ltd reserve the right to cancel a holiday at short notice if for unforeseeable circumstances we are unable to provide safe accommodation due to extreme conditions, ill health, fire or administration or any other extenuating circumstance. Under such unlikely circumstances your full payment will be returned. Full Circle Holidays Ltd cannot accept liability or responsibility for any loss, including consequential loss caused by cancellation.
Breakages and Damage:
If on your arrival you find any items or fittings, utensils, crockery or cutlery is broken, damaged or missing, please report it to Ben or Sarah on the phone numbers given and it will be replaced. We do accept a degree of wear and tear but should any significant damage or breakage occur during the period of your stay you will be held responsible for and must make good to the lowest market value. We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning where the accommodation has been left in an unacceptable condition, through waste, litter, interference in the structure, movement of furniture and contents etc.
Individual Yurt of Cabin:
The accommodation allocated to you on confirmation of your booking is provisional and we reserve the right to alter this to an equally suitable accommodation on arrival if necessary.
Children:
The site is an amazing place for children to play but you are responsible for them at all times. If you are concerned about them being around a wood burning stove then ask for a wrap around fire guard. Full Circle Holidays Ltd accept no responsibility for injury incurred on site.
Pets:
Both of our accommodation types allows for pets. No pets are allowed unless confirmed on booking. You must follow the following rules.
- Pet owners clean up after their pet and dispose of appropriately
- Pets are kept on a lead/tether whilst at the Rydal Hall grounds as there are grazing sheep & other wildlife on site. ( there is a wood 100m away where they can exercise off the lead)
- Rydal Hall management has the right to ask any pet owner to leave if these 2 wishes are not respected
- Bring your own duvet cover to put over our own. They are not allowed on the beds.
- Cleaning of pets feet on entering the accommodationt
- Removal of any malted fur or feathers
- Pets claws are trimmed before arrival to prevent scratching of the wooden floor
- A Pet counts as a member of your party, this must not exceed five for the cabins and four for the yurts. No more then two pets in a unit at anyone time
Terrain:
The accommodation is located in a steep field with uneven ground. Bring appropriate footwear, we recommend wellies or hiking boots. Full Circle Holidays Ltd accept no responsibility for injury incurred on site. On the Waterfal walk there are cliffs, loose ground and suddendrops. Take due care. Full Circle Holidays Ltd accept no responsibility for injury incurred on site.
Peace and Tranquillity:
Anyone committing a nuisance contrary to the peace of Rydal Estate will be asked to leave immediately and without a refund.
Maximum Occupants:
Under no circumstances may the maximum number of people & pets be exceeded with the units. The limmints are five for the cabins and four for the yurts.
Negligence:
Guests will be held responsible for any fire, damage or alteration to the structure caused by negligence.
Extreme Circumstances:
In extreme circumstances we may need to alter, amend or possibly cancel your holiday booking. If we do so we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may be offered an alternative or a full refund. We do not pay compensation in circumstances where we have to cancel your booking due to Force Majeure.
Force Majeure:
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your holiday) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage or any similar event beyond our control. Such circumstances also include riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity and all similar situations beyond our control.
It is sold the guests responsibility to check the weather and environmental and political circumstances of the site before they arrive.
We cannot be expected to issue daily weather warnings to guests and this is solely the guest’s responsibility.
Also, there are no rolling water carriers at the yurts any more. Please remove the word rolling
Facilities:
Full Circle Holidays Ltd provide the wood and gas needed for your booked stay as well as use of the Full Circle Holidays Ltd toilet, shower and freezer situated in the laundry room on site. Please note: These facilities are for booked Full Circle Holidays Ltd guests only and must be left in the manner in which you would like to receive them.
Keys:
Keys to the accommodation must be left inside your cabin or yurt on departure. Any lost or unreturned keys will be charged at £25.00 for replacement cost.
Stolen Property:
Full Circle Holidays Ltd cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen property. Padlocks are provided but you are advised to bring your own.
No Smoking Policy:
Full Circle Holidays Ltd hold a strict NO SMOKING POLICY smoking in all our accommodation. A breach of the rule will result in a fine of up to £100 in order to clean to a satisfactory standard. Anyone who smokes outside of the accommodation is responsible for disposing of their cigarette butts in a bin and NOT littering the surrounding area of the accommodation.
Wildlife:
There is an abundance of wildlife on site. Enjoy it but be careful. Put your food in the containers provided otherwise mice will try and eat it (despite the sonic relent). Don’t leave garbage outside of the the accommodation. Foxes will scatter it. There are ants nests in the field. Check before sitting down in the grass. Bring insect repellent in the summer months, horse flies, midges and mosquitoes appear. Ticks are present in bracken and undergrowth. Do not remove unless competent to do so but seek medical advice. The nearest Health Centre is in Ambleside. Full Circle Holidays Ltd accept no responsibility for injury by wildlife incurred on site.
Parental Supervision:
Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children on site.
Hunting and Fireworks:
No firearms, hunting paraphernalia or fireworks are permitted in the accommodation or on the Rydal Hall grounds.
No Fire Policy:
Fires are restricted strictly to the wood burning stoves and braziers only. No open fires or fire pits are allowed.
Accommodation Structure:
It is prohibited to interfere or adapt the structure of the accommodation in any way.
Unloading:
Guests are welcome to drive to the top of the gravel track in order to unload heavy bags as long as cars are parked back down behind the barrier when unloading is completed. Please note that the track may not be suitable for every vehicle and commencement is undertaken at the driver’s risk. Under no circumstances may you drive onto the grass or up to the accommodation.
Age Policy:
We do not accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18.
